Sea Dragons linocut prints

This is a series of three handmade linocut prints of Sea Dragons. There are three versions available. The largest, entitled 'Here be Dragons', features five sea dragons of different varieties. The next largest, entitled 'Leafy Sea Dragon' features and adult and juvenile of Leafy variety. Final the smallest of the three prints, entitled 'Weedy Sea Dragon' features a solitary Weedy, or common sea dragon.

Printed onto gorgeous 51gsm Okawara Select paper, with oil-based ink. Linocut is a form of relief printing where sharp tools are used to cut away areas of the lino block. The cut away regions stay white and the remaining block is printed.

Signed and numbered on the front. This is a limited edition with just 10 prints of each version available. Please note prints are unmounted and unframed.

As prints are made individually by hand, please expect slight variation in detail and ink density, which makes every print unique.
