Snake linocut print

This is a handmade reduction linocut print entitled 'Lilith's Dream'. The print features a European adder at its centre, accompanied by a pair of snake head fritillaries, above a snake skull. Printed onto a subtle grey/green Thai Mulberry paper. I particularly like how the pattern on the flowers echo those of the snake scales.

Printed on 40gsm acid free Thai Mulberry paper with Cranfield Caligo safe wash oil-based ink. This paper is very thin but strong. Signed on the front. This is a limited edition of just 13 prints. Please note this print is unmounted and unframed.

As prints are made individually by hand please expect slight variation in detail and colour density, which makes every print unique.
