Woodland Dreams - badger linocut print

'Woodland Dreams' is a hand printed lino cut of badgers and tree roots/branches. The print incorporates two view points - one looking down on a sleeping badger and her cub, the other looking out at a badger galloping through the woods.

Linocut is a form of relief printing where sharp tools are used to cut away areas of the lino block. The cut away regions stay white and the remaining block is printed.

Printed on 40gsm acid free Thai Mulberry paper with Cranfield Caligo safe wash oil-based ink. This paper is very thin but very strong. Signed on the front. This is a limited edition of 50 prints. Please note this print is unmounted and unframed.
